What is the closest relative to the whale? A giraffe? A manatee? Learn how phylogenies are constructed as well as their applications within the bioinformatics world! This project was made for Cal Poly's bioinformatics class by a team of computer science and biology students.

I not only learned about phylogenies, but also about the meaning of life. I've seen what lies beneath the surface of the earth, and I am forever changed by it. Truly, it is a wonder to learn and explore!
